Fred McIntyre is a seasoned business executive with over 20 years of P&L experience. He has worked on transformational executive leadership and growth initiatives across several firms including: Mattress Firm, BandLab, Fender, awe.sm, CBS, last.fm, AOL, Winamp, Spinner.com, VIBE & SPIN. He currently works at Capacitance, based out of RDU, where he advises high growth startups going through digital transformations. Fred holds a BA in History from Duke University.
